The Middlesex County School Board Association team along with Christopher Jones, NJSBA Legislative Advocate have been meeting with US Congressman Pallone, Senator Patrick Diegnan, Assemblywoman Nancy Pinkin, Assemblywoman Yvonne Lopez, Assemblyman Rob Karabinchak to discuss concerns with Special Education, ELL (English Language Learners), IDEA, COAH, PARCC Testing, Student Achievement, The School Funding Formula, assistance with funding for School Security and the HIB Law (Harassment Intimidation and Bullying). We have requested that the HIB Law be precisely defined as an amendment to the existing law.
